Buffalo Grove Montessori School welcomes students of any race, color, national, religion, or ethnic origin. We do not use eligibility criteria, which screen out children with disabilities. Our staff makes reasonable modification in policies, practices and procedures to accommodate children with disabilities.

To learn more about Buffalo Grove Montessori School, we encourage parents of prospective students to schedule a tour or classroom observation.

Parents will have the opportunity to learn more about our curriculum, the Montessori method, and ask questions about our programs.

• Your involvement maximizes your child’s experience at BGMS. If you are interested, supportive and ready to participate, then make your commitment to BGMS.
• Children will be accepted into the program throughout the school year when space is available.
• Children 6 weeks through Kindergarten age will be admitted.
• Acceptance priority: siblings, transferring Montessori Students, available space.
• Complete and return the application card.
• A classroom visit will be arranged for your child prior to acceptance to determine program suitability.
• Acceptance may be confirmed as space becomes available.
• A registration fee is due upon acceptance.
• The first payment is non-refundable and confirms your verbal commitment to enroll.
• You will receive a set of enrollment forms that must be completed and returned prior to your orientation.
• A pre-enrollment parent-teacher conference and orientation will be scheduled prior to enrollment.
• No child will be discriminated against because of race, color, national origin or handicap.
• Prices and programs are subject to change. Program accommodations are not subject to discounts.
• Payments are due the first of each month.

Family Discounts Available

• 10% off for 2nd Child
• 15% off for 3rd Child

Discount applied to the lesser or equal tuition rate.

Tuition is determined by the ratio in your child’s classroom.

Tuition will not be adjusted for vacations or extended absence.  A thirty (30) day written notice is required prior to withdrawal.  Should your enrollment be interrupted you will be returned to the waiting list.

Additional fees for field trips, special lessons, programs or photographs may be charged.
